We bought our retirement house in the Philippines in 2005 and a recently bought a lake lot on Lake of Egypt in Southern IL for our retirement house here in the states. We adopted 2 nieces and a nephew in the Philippines last year for a grand total of 12 kids. (OK, so the Picture only shows 11 kids, the oldest lives in Virginia and we don't have a recent photo). We just had our first grandaughter on Sept 12, 2008, Lilliana Elizabeth. We have two home business that we're working hard to grow so I can retire in a two or three years. Life is wonderful...we've definately been blessed. From Dan: Lily and I had a great time at our 25th, seeing everyone, talking, reminiscing and looking at pictures of everyone's kids. 5 years is too long for us to get together. We should think about doing something informally each summer, (picnic at Wilson park pot-luck style for anyone who can attend, including our kids; golf outing/scramble; etc) and have our formal reunion each 5 years and maybe see if North Class of 82 wants to join. |

Birthday: August 15, 1964
Occupation: Hero Foods, Director of Sales Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 3 What have you been doing since our 25th reunion: The last five years have been extremely busy for my wife Robin and our family. I started a girls ice hockey program in 2004, Twin Bridges Lady Lightning, primarily for my daughter Cori who is now 13 years old. We travel to other states to play other all girls teams and the girls are having a blast! Cori is in 8th grade at Liberty Middle school in Edwardsville, Illinois and also plays field hockey. My middle son Tyler (9 years old) and youngest son Connor (7 years old) both attend St. John Neumann Catholic Grade School in Maryville, Illinois. My son's play soccer, ice hockey and baseball. I coach several teams each season and enjoy spending time with my children and family. Our family loves to travel and we usually visit about six states a year between work, sports and family vacations. My wife and I took a second honeymoon to the Dominican Republic this year along with our annual family vacation to Gulf Shores, Alabama. We need the family vacation to the beach to unwind after a long hockey season. I now work for Hero Foods who most recently acquired Beech-Nut Nutrition. My company has been bought out three times in the past five years but I am still hanging on as the Director of Sales. We manufacture and sell Beech-Nut baby food, Hero Preserves, Paas Egg Coloring kits, Pumpkin Masters Halloween kits and Betty Crocker cake decorating and frosting supplies. It is a great job but requires a lot of traveing and time away from the family but what doesn't these days. I am very fortunate to have such a wonderful wife who puts up with me!! All the best, Chris From Chris: Thanks for visiting our Class of 1982 website and adding your information! I hope everyone had a great time at our 25 year class reunion. I look forward to seeing everyone at our 30th and beyond! |
